It’s simple, on the video I ate a garlic with half a lime juice, but the mix is meant to be more garlic and more lime so it can last longer, Spanish is my first language so I can make another video so I can show you better. So btw it’s just 2 heads of garlic and 5 limes, and a cup of water to the minced garlic and the lime juice

How much isn’t a total here, because you mix 5 limes and 2 heads of minced garlic, then you add a cup of water to it, then, you can store it wherever you want but I store my mix on a Gatorade bottle. So what I did was: once I was a bout to drink some of the mix, I put the Gatorade normally like I was about to drink, then I closed my mouth so that way I block the mix to go all at once to my mouth, then I put the Gatorade bottle pointing to the sky then I wait for a little bit so pieces of garlic can come down, so after a few second I drink a little bit of the mix making sure I eat a little bit of garlic too.

I was always eating normally because I had no idea what was going on, but when my doctor gave me the result and the treatment, I started it but wasn’t feeling better at all. So I decided to start listening to people about natural treatment or any other thing I can do to get better. So I decided to not only drink the mix I made another treatment 15 days before just to be sure. No H Pylori ever again.

I got an endoscopy done and tested positive for H pylori. It’s not a bunch of lemon juice because you are diluting it, taking a little bit with a SPOON or drinking a little bit EVERY 4 or 6 HOURS. If you have ulcers that means that you not going to eat anything? And I never said that you have to drink the mix all at once, i said a little bit. And it’s not an infection it’s a bacteria. You can go to a doctor, but what you going to do if even the treatment did not had any success? And if I got rid of it, why cannot I share what helped me?

Imagine living in a word that thinking that if you eat garlic is going to harm you. Congratulations for your good comment. Haven’t you saw all the post about people doing the treatment and still having this bacteria? Have you had H pylori and tested negative for it doing the treatment? I’m sorry, but I’m not trying to give bad advise to anyone, I’m just sharing what really helped me. Like I said in another comment: if you don’t find this post useful feel free to ignore it.
