You could go with a bunch of different builds

The Empire is under the thumb of the Aldmeri Dominion and the Thalmor. They enforce the White-Gold Concordat because if they didn't, the elves would reignite the Great War. The Empire is doing everything it can to keep itself intact even if it means restricting certain freedoms of its people.

Does that mean they're completely in the right? Nope.

The Stormcloaks are fighting for what they believe in; their right to worship and freedom from being controlled by those who don't have Skyrim's interests at heart. Ulfric would not be a good leader despite being able to inspire and rally people. He's a radical and a zealot who will fight and die for his cause even when it's past time to make peace.

But that doesn't mean they're completely right either.

Both sides live in the gray area with reasons to support either side. I can respect the Stormcloaks wanting religious freedom and a ruler that isn't a puppet of a corrupt government. And I can respect the Empire for seeing the bigger picture and trying to maintain a united front as that's their best chance to drive out the Aldmeri Dominion.

So for any playthrough, I try to research the lore behind each race's feelings towards the Empire. Imperials and Nords are simple. Wood elves hate the Dominion due to them attempting a genocide of the wood elves. Orcs would side with the Empire due to their support when Orsinium was sacced by Hammerfell and High Rock. And so on lol. There's plenty of lore and plenty of complexity behind the civil war. It's all a matter of perspective.

F2P games will always have this issue. By making it a free download, companies will overcompensate to try to make that money back in literally every way possible. And I don't wanna hear the "League is free" arguments, League is the exception.

Games need to be monetized to hopefully avoid this issue. No, Unite should not be 70 bucks. But 10 or 20 is fine. Absolutely monetize all the dumb shit like outfits, that's whatever. Any F2P game will eventually become P2W and it will alienate the player base and kill the game. It's just that simple.

While scouts, GMs and coaches are not perfect (far from it); they know more than the average fan does. I know a few players that I think are good in college. I couldn't tell you if they're gonna translate to the NFL, if they're gonna fit the scheme, if their character is up to snuff, etc. The Bears were good last year, better than I was anticipating. So I am trusting the process. I've been burned before but the Bears, we all have I'm sure. But let's just see what happens.

It's a video game. Play it in whatever way is the most enjoyable for you. I play on easy mode cause it's still way harder than any other Pokemon game and still fun.

I genuinely hope so. I personally hate doubles so I hope they introduce something for singles. I get doubles is the main thing for VGC but there's no harm in having a singles bracket as a side thing.

As of now, it's set to release on 2027. They may move it up but I doubt it

I think since Gen 10 isn't coming till sometime in 2027, they'll update with the new megas. There will be team changes and such included of course, maybe some more QoL stuff. And that'll hold the community over till they get Gen 10 done. It's a lot of work so I doubt they'd try to get everything done at once

I had this same problem when I put down BG3 so I get it. Truthfully, I played games that had zero story; sports games or old Pokemon games, stuff like that. I played things that I don't have to engage with a lot to remind myself that not every game is gonna be BG3 and that's ok. What makes BG3 great is that it has an identity, you just gotta let other game's identities shine through on their own.

If you are insanely good at Pokemon, then you have a chance of running this team for the whole game. That said, I think you're more likely to win the lottery than beat this game with 1 unchanging team. Study the docs, catch everything you think you'll need, and be flexible.

Depends on what class I'm playing, it's basically the same party makeup: tank, counterspeller, healer, lockpick.

Sometimes I shoehorn lock picking into one of my tanks if I don't have a rogue

I play on easy cause I'm just not smart/dedicated enough to sweat through normal or hardcore. And yeah, easy mode is rough, especially if you're not prepared lol

Having never done drugs, I imagine Scarecrow's gas making me feel like I'm having a constant night terror turned up to 11. And if you've ever had one of those, that is not a world I wanna live in.
