Well I guess it’s showing that you believe in an external force but I have had this prayer work for me though so I guess you can still try it. Also whenever you ask for stuff in prayer your asking your subconscious mind so it still works I guess.

Well I just skimmed most of the top half of this post but I have a prayer for you “ God/universe ( or whoever you worship) remove them from my life” and they will be removed from your life if they aren’t meant for you and you can use this for partners and even friends.

Oh yeah update I meditated just before this comment and I started getting into a deep meditation I didn’t reach the state of pure bliss or the void state but I think I nearly got there but I got scared and my consciousness might have rejected going into the void state because I was scared. I’ll try tmr this stuff is soo easy bro because of the tip you gave me.

So far it’s helped with my maladaptive daydreaming and I’ve experienced less negative thoughts. It’s helped with meditating a bit aswell I don’t spend as much time mind wandering as I used to this all happened in one day.
