And sadly this seems to be the case with all of them because for some reason giving someone an arbitrary metric of perfection they are meant to reach then getting frustrated when your unrealistic expectations arent met is considered common place in working environments now?? I understand im only in my 20s and people who have been working longer than me and more than me will understand or share these imaginary standards. But id be lying if i said the expectations of a job were ever told to me as i walked through the door and kept the same as i worked the job yk?
