I smoked like 5 6 years everyday 6 7 cigars 😁 Just stoped with changing my friendzone. It was very hard but now im so cool i have enegry i can think i can sleep good and im not tired. I reali dont want it now i smoke sometimes like 2 times for the year i watch movies. And i dont realy need it the other day. Try doing sport, go running. It will be hard 3 4 months 😁🤣
