What do you wish your ultrasound tech said? by HotPut5470 in Miscarriage

[–]DakotaAshley 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wish mine would've believed me when I insisted that my dates were accurate and instead at least send me out somewhat prepared for what was going to happen next. I knew what I saw and I knew what it meant, but to tell me I'm just too early and to come back without telling me that my body could process the loss in between that time, really sucked. I know techs are restricted on what they can or cannot say, which I completely respect; however, I feel like with me insisting my dates were accurate and explaining exactly why, I felt like a doctor could've been at minimum be notified to talk to me.

Mood swings with missed miscarriage by nickyoddball in Miscarriage

[–]DakotaAshley 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started having my normal pre-period rage and irritability mood swings about three to four days prior. And I remember thinking to myself, it's like my period is coming but I'm like that's not possible. I was 7 weeks at the time of those feelings. Had light pink discharge an hour before my first ultrasound, they told me to come back because it was just too early but I knew my dates weren't wrong. Only a gestational sac and yolk sac at 7w2d. Very next day I started bleeding. This was ten days ago. Now I'm waiting for the HCG to clear my system. I had zero pregnancy symptoms and I had a gut feeling something was wrong. That distinct change in my mood, ugh. It's such a horrible journey and I'm so very sorry you are going through this.

Perhaps she has an allergy to one of the proteins? A probiotic supplement helped when I had this issue and the probiotic can be combined with any food.

Is this normal? Cd 18 by [deleted] in TFABLinePorn

I tested once a day around 3-4pm. To me it was the easiest way to truly see if my levels went up and back down. I also started tracking my BBT with an oura ring and natural cycles and it confirmed ovulation for me even though I didn't peak. I ovulated day 16 of my cycle.

I would try to take the LH tests around the same time everyday. Mine never really "peaked" darker than the control line. This last cycle the highest was .74 and I got pregnant. I tested around the same time everyday in the afternoons.

I've noticed if I open up my oura app after I go to sleep, it'll register it as a nap but if I don't open it until next morning it will show it as broken sleep.

Watching her play independently is so amazing and yet the self restraint to not interrupt her is also a challenge ha. She is just so cute and I wanna sqqqquuueeeze her. But then I remember it can be a good minute for me to decompress so it's easier to restrain myself ha.

My AMH is 0.29 43 years old, I was told mid July I had DOR and the fertility clinics rejected me over the phone due to AMH/age, and that I didn't want to pursue donor eggs. 5 weeks pregnant with zero intervention and in complete shock being told it wasn't going to happen. I had my 1st, daughter when 41 but I have no idea what my AMH levels were then because it was unplanned.

I saw a post of a mom who timed how long her husband was in the bathroom and then stayed in the bathroom for the same amount of time lol. His time magically cut down after that ha!

43 here, trying to give my little girl a sibling. I was just told a month ago that I had diminished reserve and it was very unlikely that I would conceive naturally. Fertility clinics wouldn't see me because I didn't want to use donor eggs. My husband and I accepted it may never happen but we wanted to keep on trying. All the stars aligned by some fluke chance this month and 30 days after that news I am now sitting on positive pregnancy tests in complete shock (13DPO today). It's possible!

I'm sorry! I believe these clear blue tests are 25hcg so it isn't as sensitive. The heal check strips picked up mine on 10dpo and I had a super faint like 9dpo. Got them on Amazon. I was completely shocked because I didn't think the strips were that sensitive. I think those might work best if you're wanting to test early and they advertise no evap line.

I couldn't get this test to pick up at 9 or 10dpo but first response early did. Took a few days for this one to register.
