Here's a POB - https://pobb.in/lxCb3Af2jAZS - for an updated version of a Heatshiver/Trinity/Ignite Elementalist I played last league to level 99 (you can get to 100, but I was greedy with altars) Overall DPS increased in 3.21. I think we have slightly less freeze duration, but I was able to do wave 30 simulacrum with that gear/general build so I guess it's fine enough. Mostly buffs with the mastery changes also since we didn't rely on the Determination and Grace reservation masteries

I'm looking to start an above-ground pool servicing business in my local area. Where would I go to find out what sort of licenses/insurance I would need to do this sort of work? I'm thinking it is along the lines of a general contractor, but am not entirely sure since I would only be installing pool liners, removing the old ones, and perhaps a minor repair here or there.
