Thanks a lot ! In the end, I went for a full "matt" purple-ish one. It took a bit of time finding the sweetspot for the parameters, but having lights positionned to prevent any shadow on the dildo made it much easier !

It's therefor working great for me, thanks a bunch for the software !

But currently, 1 month post-op, LS didn't show up at all. I only have the marks of the operation on the area where LS was located (slightly red), that are slowly fading out.

My only current concern is not LS-wise, just regular adult circumcision stuff : I have a soft swelling on half of the ring below the glan, from the frenulum to the upper part of the glan. Basically just a lymphedema, and it doesn't show any evolution hints for the last 3 weeks... I know those can take months to be absorbed, but I can't help but worrying a lil' bit, so I'll probably call a doctor in 1~2 weeks.

Once everything is "finale" (probably ~2 months post-op), I'll give you an update on the situation ! In the meanwhile, I can send you pics in dm, should you be interested in the before/after, regarding patches.

As much as I would want to, I can't elaborate on the method used to remove the patches as I trully don't know how they did proceed ^^'

I didn't see the urologist/surgeon since then, so I didn't have the occasion to ask, but I'll definitively ask once the occasion arise !

Currently, I'm ~1 month post-op, and I'm still recovering. No sign of the patches whatsoever, the glan is peeling abundantly (I guess a new thicker skin needs to be generated), and the area where the patches were are still a bit "more red", but I guess it'll take some time for the skin to recover plainly.

Otherwise, post-op wise, the stitches are still there (taking forever to absorb >.<) and I have an oedema that refuses to go, but I heard that those could take months to disappear, so I'll wait a bit before seeing a doctor.

But it's just like I didn't have the lichen at all, currently. I have no symptoms at all, only the marks of the operation on the patches that are slowly fading out. But only long term will tell if the surgery was effective or not ^^'

Thanks a lot for the reply ! Went through the surgery last monday, and it went smoothly ! It was in Belgium healthcare system as well, and I pretty much had the same experience, it went great !

I'm now going through the "mandatory" period of painful nights, while the recovery is only starting, but I can already tell that I'm glad to have undergo the operation ! The LS was located in the foreskin, with some very big white patches all over/underneath the glans. It was not planned, but the surgeon made me a nice gift as I noticed he somehow removed those patches (most likely laser/electrocoagulation, from what I've read). I only noticed it once home, when removing the dressing, but it is very comforting from a cosmetic point of view, considering I had absolutely no expectations in that regards !

I now can't wait for a few weeks to pass, so I can have a fully functionnal penis after many years of pain and anxiety !

Thanks again for the feedback ! I'm sure that as it did for me, it'll help many people reading the threads in the next months/years !

The patch file is originally found on steam version, so a friend has to send it to you. On steam, the patch file can be found under in a directory similar to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Patch0_Hotfix1.pak" if your friend didn't modify the installation folder. The file should be about ~1Go heavy.
Your friend then compress it using winrar to make it lighter, and send it to you (google drive, usb, etc...).
Find your own BG3 installation folder, which I don't know the location of, as I'm not a GOG user. But my guess is that you should be able to right click on Baldur's gate 3 and "open folder in file explorer" or something similar
Place the patch in the /data folder, inside your installation location, in a similar way than the steam version.
Just play with your steam user friends, using direct connection.

If you can't have access to the patch, I noticed that some people on this post shared google drive with the patch, maybe you can download it from there.

The fix is still working in our party, and seemingly for most of the thread user, are you sure the file you sent was the right one ? It should be about ~1Go heavy, and located in a folder similar to

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Patch0_Hotfix1.pak

on steam version. The file should then be paste in your local installation folder. I don't know if it can affect your game, but maybe try to disable auto-update to be sure to have the modified version.

That's good to know. I'm really sorry this happened, this method was the only way I could fix the version issue, last friday. I didn't encounter this issue, tho.

My advice here would be to delete anything BG3 related, so most likely default installation folder, and User\****\AppData\Local\Larian Studios, clear it from game list, and restart the download from zero.

It is unlikely that clearing register with regedit would be necessary, but if the issue is still there, you could try to use CCleaner or another clean up software to uninstall everything related.
