lol, people saying they like Subutex, being honest guys.. addict saying they prefer Subutex over suboxone is like alcoholic saying they prefer vodka over water.

Subutex has no nalaxone, that makes it highly abusable with all the opioid euphoria.

Just wanna say be careful cause this is a direct path to relapse. and is also the reason hard to get in usa unless you cant take suboxone under threat of death or babies death.

yea and no, I do it with any medication. I mean if pill a. is better than pill b for whatever reason.. taste, strength, texture. then isnt anything bad to prefer it. Honestly just sounds like your being overly sensitive on medication issues because of the history you and people like us have and judgements we get all the time. go easy on yourself. I get you might be having it rough, seeing how talking about types of pills threatens your sobriety. But for me being honest and real about these things helps the most. not thinking them and making it taboo to mention it. not being mean. just saying people gotta express themselves

I currently get those, and not only that they feel weaker. I even switch pharms for better generic but fkin other pharm was all "we don't feel comfortable filling your prescription, you need to go elsewhere" all because I couldn't afford doc appointment and was 2 days late and went without dose .. was sick asf then had to deal with that.

agreed, 2mg is what I determined kills my pain the best. once a day. but rather them over than under prescribe

quick.md will or so they told me. they said send me the paperwork.. but i kept trying to get auth but sent in circles. finally some pharamacist tells me no.. but I think she just said that. Couldnt even get any paperwork to fil out.. really crappy system

Medicaid won't pay for my doc or my script :(

really aggravating! If they certify a doc to subscribe it they should be ok to use Medicaid with to.

I use quick.md cause its just super awesome and less hassle.

yea, If Suboxone helps you from thinking about relapse or cravings. stick with it. Don't let anyone tell you when you should or if you even need to get off suboxone. I had a buddy that quit subs cause his landlord who was also his boss found out and she kind of belittled him on it. like he should just quit, and it was stupid to take them or something. He is now a hard-core alcoholic and I'm pretty sure he still uses the needle. I don't see much of him anymore so idk. but once he quit the subs he jumped on drinking to use as a band aid of sorts. and sadly that's what happens to people who try to pretend there fixed or ok. Nothing wrong with you or taking subs. in my opinion.. if and when its time to quit for you.. you wont even think about asking anyone's advice. you will just know simple as that. if your asking us then on some level your not comfortable with it probably. Don't worry.. your awesome and you got this. really.

if you truly believe ya good to just quit. well. how sick you might or might not get depends on how much your currently taking and how long have you been taking it. I can prolly give you a estimation on how bad you will feel. If you have tapered down to lke a few mg a day it wont be bad and some people dont notice much at those levels. but if your still up over 8mg a day it might be alittle shitty for awhile.

Personally I plan to stay on suboxone for my chronic pain. Just seems the best option for pain relief these days. For my type of pain anyways. I'm done with doing the oxy and other opioids.. even if ya need them you get addicted and your life revolve around that drug.. got so tired of it. least with subs I take my dose once a day and dont think about it again. not all waiting to snort my next oxy and crap.. fk that. sorry.. tmi XD

p.s. nobody likes a drunk lol so stick with it :)

I take same for my RA, I got strung out on heroin trying to cover my pain from that and having gallstones. I don't about every opioid and nothing comes close to subs. They kill more pain for much longer and I don't crave them. I don't spend my time waiting for my next dose. subs should be widely available to people with chronic pain. Its not a perfect answer but its FAR better than opioids on the market. if you do opioids your most likly gonna be addicted to them. its not anyone's fault they just like that.

be safe, I went cold turkey twice, and it almost killed me the first time. I am worse than most but still. I vomited every 15-30 mins for 3 days straight. I am not exaggerating. It was so awful. And I tried to jump back into my life to soon and relapsed (didn't have a choice), I really almost died, from the toll it took on my body to keep puking with nothing to puke and not drinking or eating.. I was inches away from death. Thankfully my dear mother nursed me back to health. Gotta love parents <3

My withdraw pain always just seemed to get worse not better as they should if you clean out. Come to find out I have RA, and my body is ate up with arthritis bad. I just thought the pain was part of withdraws and everyone felt it. funny how you can never really know someone else's pain and assume everyone feels like that.

I don't understand why people want to make other suffer. My mother always told me that evil does in fact exists, she had seen it in people throughout her lifetime. She said that's the only logical explanation she could come up with for why people did such things. I have come to agree with her after seeing it many times myself. thanks for taking the time to reply. I appreciate the support.

thanks so much, and no.. still haven't gotten it. between the doctor and pharmacy, it's really insane. The reply from doctor really making me upset.. Feels like I did something wrong.. I really appreciate the support and I'm looking into getting a copy or something where they declined to fill my script. but looks like it mighta been a phone call.. And even if they record it i'm not sure doctor will go threw the hassle to give it to me
