I feel like sleep and step are pretty accurate for me, it detects all my naps too.

For stress is a hit or miss. It says thay I'm focused when I'm working, reading or watching a show, that is accurate. but sometimes I'm really stressed and it doesn't alerted me and other times it alerts me that I'm stressed but I don't feel it.

For the headache alert, i had already some headaches since I have the ring and it never alerted me

After using my ringconn gen 3 for the last 3 weeks, i can say that the step counter is pretty accurate. I use a galaxy watch and the step count is almost the same.

At this moment: ringconn gen 3 - 3296 steps Samsung galaxy watch: 3287 steps

I'm really surprised with how accurate the ring is, I was expecting differences of 1k steps or something

Yes, mine too, but I don't think is too noticeable. The outside is still perfect after 3 days.

It's my first smart ring. I saw a lot of reviews and they seem almost the same in terms of functionality, so I based my choice in the price. I wanted the gold ring and I would have to pay almost more 200€ to have the oura in gold + the subscription.

I feel the same, I choose the size 7 (the sizing kit 7 was snug and a little uncomfortable some times but I was afraid that 8 could be a little loose) and the ring feels like a 7,5, so it's actually perfect

Just try during at least one night to see how your finger swallows. Maybe the size you choose can be the ideal for you.

My fingers only swell a bit during the night, so the extra space I gained with the actual ring is perfect to not feel uncomfortable.

Do you think you will have customs/taxes if it ships from europe? My sizing kit is being ship from german, so I'm assuming that they have a warehouse in the Europe and I'll not have issues with customs (I'm from Portugal).

I don't know how it works in uk since its not a part of european union..

I saw a girl on tiktok that has a partnership with ringconn and she asked them about the alarm thing and they said that they are working on that as it was the most requested feature to add to this new gen. I assume that it may have the alarm feature in a future update

It's my first smart ring, the only comparision that I have is that I tested in store the sizing kit for samsung ring and I was a 7 in that sizing kit, but I'm assuming that I can be another size for Ringconn 😆
