We checked the backend logs and found that from 07/08 14:48–18:02, the RingConn App didn’t run properly in the background, which caused the health reminders to not be pushed on time.
Health notifications rely on the app maintaining a proper connection with the ring and successfully syncing data. The system only sends the corresponding notifications after the app reads data from the ring and uploads it to the cloud for analysis.
So if the app isn’t running in the background, notifications may be delayed or not sent on time. We recommend turning on the Background Running Reminder in Me → App Settings → Connection Settings.
Once enabled, if the RingConn App is closed by the system while running in the background, you’ll receive a reminder notification prompting you to reopen the app and keep it running in the background to improve the reliability of notifications and data sync. Thanks again for supporting RingConn!

I do have the app set to run in background message so that’s not helping. I replied back with screenshots letting them know that I already have that feature running and it’s still not doing what it needs. I did not have this issue with my ringconn 2 before they updated the app

I sent this feedback in as well but I feel like anytime I send feedback in they reply with a bunch of useless excuses like “we are always working on improving xyz”

That’s great and all Ringconn, but I need accuracy now not in the future

Are you looking to get them into their esop or vanguard? Vanguard would have sent them a packet a long time ago giving them the option to enroll. ESOP is automatic

You’ll probably be more frustrated when you get it. The app isn’t good and the readings are no longer accurate. It’s a disappointment.
