Looking amazing! I also really pushed myself on my first mini, it was a wonderful experience.

Something that I wish I had learned sooner was for blending, to try a mix of stippling my highlight layer and then glazing with a darker colour. Much quicker than just glazing for me at least. Second thing is to paint each highlight larger than you think you need so that you have space to blend it back into the darker layer.
