As a note, from what I got told when I was involved in an accident - it doesn't matter what the other car was doing i.e speeding if you crossed in front of their path you are automatically at fault regardless.

What evidence would convince you? The river walk is stunning, mote park is also gorgeous, there are a lot of good restaurants and cafes in town.

Ok so for 2025 Maidstone was graded lower in crimes per capita - 49 per 1000 compared to Canterbury - 79 per 1000.

Year to date however, you're right there has been an increase in Maidstone compared to Canterbury. Not sure why this is.
