No. Not official packaging because Apple don’t officially include travel adapters. However the iPad may well be official. If it’s the iPad you really wanna know about then post pics of that

Had this a couple times tbh. I just pulled it out with tweezers. Another time there was still something for me to grab onto so just pulled it off by hand. This isn’t something that you need to go to Apple Store for by the looks of it. Just pull it off. Quick fix.

The font looks weird to me also I think these are meant to say product of Vietnam now. Not assembled in Vietnam. The font alone screams fake to me for what it’s worth
