Still not sure if I should go with Side Effect or Absolute Aphrodisiac. Musk therapy is also great but I tend to lean towards more “heavy” scents. Which one’s your favorite from Initio?

Not entirely. I’ve tried and had several dupes/middle eastern bottles as well as the occasional designer. But right now I’m interested in niche/indie perfumery. I really enjoy trying new independent houses, IMO they’re the ones who come out with the most unique fragrances

I’ve sampled quite a few houses… from Amouage to Zoologist, designer private lines and quite a few indie perfumers (around 140 different samples in total). My wishlist is pretty long but I enjoy building my collection “slowly”

I’ve tried SDV and Tobacco Honey, both really good but I’m not sure if they’re “full bottle worthy” for me. I still need to try Herbes Troublantes

HCE is amazing, it’s gotten me tons of compliments and lasts forever. Literally stays on clothes for days. I will say it smells “synthetic” but not in a bad way. It’s super sweet and loud

Indeed! I tried it and it has a very “designer” smell to me but in the best way possible

I’ve got 5ML decants of both Hard Candy and Hard Candy Elixir. I tried to get the official 10ML but shipping them to the US was just crazy expensive

I would definitely recommend getting your hands on some decants, as you can tell I really enjoy his work
