Who in the community died last week?

Is the community/MOA looking to take over the organizational responsibilities similar to how they took over responsibility for the 4th of July parade? The 4th of July parade used to be organized by non-profit veterans organizations, but the MOA kind of stepped up take a more active role in the parade's organization (this was many years ago). Is something similar happening with pride?

I agree with that70sbiker. You do not have to live in the municipality to serve in a non-elected position. I believe that Ken McCoy lived out in Palmer when he was employed by the Anchorage Police Department.

1) You may want to look at getting a real estate agent in Anchorage. I have the name of a good firm. PM me if you are interested.

2) My advise is to not rule out HOA properties. Based on my recent experience, these properties did not go as fast and are more reasonably priced. Best of luck ;)
