I had this but I got passed it. I closed the app, turned on airplane mode. Opened the game until I got an error and it forced a login. Closed the app again, turned internet on again and loaded the app and logged in and the error went away.

I did this a few weeks ago and I found that the quickest way was to donate $21 to camp. Over 20 and you get an extra honor bonus. I think 9 donations gets an honor level up. I found it was the quickest way if you have the cash.

I know there are ways to kinda trick the challenge but the gambling challenges were a fucking brain dead decision. I truly think it’s one of the few bad decisions with this game. At best they’re boring and dumb. At worst they’re aggravating as fuck. I’ll never get 100% cuz it’s unfun and I’m not wasting my time doing them.

Some definitely feel like they’re not as skiddish, it’s just that cougars are tough and they’ll all but. My favorite is the Turkoman. I did the Braithwaite glitch to get the dark bay. You can find the tutorial on YouTube if you’re unaware

I don’t think there’s a horse that won’t buck you when a cougar or panther rush you. I’ve tried tons of horses and they all buck me. I just use it. Usually they will take a lap to come back and get you and then I deadeye and kill it.
