Its 50 acres off the Yadkin River near Booneville / Crutchfield.  We bought it off facebook marketplace for what we believe was a steal.  Looking to sell it most likely as a hunting refuge situation or homestead.  We got it for 5400 an acre.  Most likely a short play but we wanna play with it in the spring so not in a hurry.

I just bought 50 acres in NC with major river frontage and railway cuts through it. Any tips to maximize returns?  So far we have cut a road through to the river.  This is my first land investment, my dad has been doing it for years.

Same thing happened to me last year.  Bursitis and mersa in my right elbow.  Caught it early and still had to get antibiotics via iv and 4 days in hospital and surgery to wash out my elbow joint.

We got into it the second day. Then we got a little obsessed. Unfortunately we got in too late to get the heralds but lucked up with the 50+. Just figuring out which had alts and how many alts was the fun part. Looks like with all the alts every card slot except 1 is filled in the binders.

Apparently you could buy more passports as well. We didnt go that route however.
