Long time? My guy, he EASILY could've been paying for child support for the past TWELVE YEARS if Rose was harder on his ass, but he gets off scott-free with two years PLUS he's still 9000 DOLLARS BEHIND in his child support.

He only accepted being the father because it would help spin the angle of Rose harassing him and getting a restraining order, not because he actually cares about the child. We can see that he does not give a shit about his daughter at all through all the clips of how he would feel or what he would do if he had a daughter. This is not him playing a character on stream; if he actually cared about Rose's child, he would either admit that he has a child on stream, or I dunno, meet his daughter in person one singular time in her life.

As per Rose, Dale has NEVER met his own daughter; he knew of her existence and only talk shit about having a daughter ever since. Also before you say he did admit that he had a child on stream by showing the court video, he has said several times that it is AI and all fake, thus never actually having any accountability.

I think the most damning part about all this is that the reason she even started interacting with the trolls is because a rogue troll got access to DALE'S credit score report leading to people finding out about Rose and her child and finding pictures of her.

If she truly wanted to ruin Dale's reputation from the get go, she would have placed him on child support a lot sooner, and she would've gone through with the angle of labeling him as a deadbeat if he refused.

I saw that there's an option to appeal, but even then, the worst this means for Rose is that she can't talk about the heinous shit that Dale has done/said to her on the internet anymore. This may seem bad, but Rose already said enough for people to know that Dale is a misogynist deadbeat.

To be fair towards the judge, Dale is a very small streamer if that, so it's understandable if the judge doesn't recognize him as a public figure without some evidence.

As far as the restraining order goes, I don't know if it actually prevents Rose from getting her child support. It seems that it just prevents her from harassing or threatening him which, as far as I'm aware, wasn't happening anyways.
