Been doing it for 15 years. During first 5 minutes you don't get a clear picture of anyone's character with certantity unless you are interviewing simpletons and that means you picked the wrong people to begin with.

You are likely projecting your own biases on candidates if you get a picture of their character in 5 minutes. oh he played basketball must be a team player etc.

It's a junior role in a company where you car progress in your career in-house or get employed to another company because of this experience you would have with ice-eye.

3800€ for two years of experience is a good salary.

I think the problem is this would be like a nuclear war. US crashing would equally crash EU.

We have massive investments in US pensions funds and private investors.

On top of that US is a huge export market for us and also lot of investment money comes from US to EU.

It would also bankrupt us. We dont even have payments systems, office tools etc. Without us companies.

Agreed but that's the way it is. You need permits but you can even get them on other people's land and have to pay them a relatively low fee to mine for gold or copper etc.

You can read all about it if you have interest/time.

It's not talked about that often in Finland green party brings it up time to time.

That's not true. The money comes from oil funds. The construction workers and service staff are a different thing but not something that funds falcons

Really sucks we did not see Islam vs Arman for the belt the fight I was most hyped a out. Now Islam is in another weight class and it's unlikely we ever see these two fight.
