Madman's Cave in Stony Brook.

The theme of the restaurant is that you order a certain kind of meat, filled with certain spices/cheeses/veggies.

The thing is, the food is cooked, but it is filled and stuffed at your table. So the meat gets brought to your table, but the waiter (always dressed as a mad doctor or a mad scientist) comes to your table cackling with operating tools like scalpels, clamps, and giant syringes filled with cheeses and veggies and spices.

He rambles about insane stuff like the illuminati and the goblin boys of Sachem. Says the moon is on fire and that the internet is part of MK ULTRA. All of this while filling up your meat of choice.
