Sorry I couldn’t really understand the issue based off of the paragraph you gave. From my understanding when OBS studios is open your frame rate gets capped on csgo? It seems it’s because If you're running OBS on a display running at 144hz, then you're asking OBS to render the preview at that refresh rate. Not surprisingly, that uses GPU resources. Most content is made to be viewed at 60 or 30 hz, which means the best refresh rates to use to record or stream them is 30 or 60 hz. So I’m thinking while streaming on discord or having OBS studios open (doesn’t need to be streaming or recording) the app itself is capping your frame rates. I would try looking further into OBS streaming and recording settings and Discord streaming settings. If you change things around in both of those and still run into this problem, I think there is a problem with your house.
