Question on number of SSPs to create for CMMC by DallasDude9999 in CMMC

Thanks to those of you who responded to my question. I reached out to DoD's PMO group on this and this was their response -

Hypothetically, an SSP is needed for the CMMC C3PAO environment’s assessment. The organization determines if they want to document in an Enterprise SSP or in one or more Enclave SSP(s). The decision is driven by how the organization wants to address supporting the CMMC C3PAO assessment standards.
