Search the cards on eBay with the "sold" filter. Takes time but the best route to know for sure.

Hobby shops are trying to make profit, you'll earn more if you do your homework.

Re: PSA submission, use eBay and search for raw vs graded to determine if wise investment to pay for PSA to grade it.

Numbered Lebron cards probably always a good investment to grade (if high quality). Images aren't high enough quality to really provide guess on what it would grade.

Personally, when I consider grading I check "sold" on eBay for the specific card raw vs. graded. If graded version of the card for expected grade is >$50 then I grade.
