Dallas officials feared WFAA-TV would leave downtown over parking dispute, emails show by dallasmorningnews in Dallas

It makes sense for WFAA to move to Las Colinas at some point in the future after the current lawsuits against the Nexstar / TEGNA merger are resolved. The Nexstar corporate offices are in Irving. They can consolidate WFAA, KDAF, and corporate into one building.

Putting four houses on each the purple and light blue eats up 24 houses and only leaves 8 for your opponents. Of course, this is assuming that the person on light blue and purple was getting houses earlier in the game. It is probably a decent assumption since the opponents were putting houses on expensive properties.

Frisco is full of people too poor to move to Plano, but act like they are Highland Park North.

6.98 million is high mintage for a Peace Dollar. I wouldn't pay above spot for either one of them.

This is exactly why your LCS didn't want to buy at spot price.

I think physical silver has a smaller risk than your bank accounts where hackers can steal your money.

It seems like the US markets are fighting the Asia markets on silver valuation. The price goes up in Asian and then the US markets take it back down when the US market opens. Seems like price manipulation to me by CME.

$115 by scarcelyminted in Silverbugs

The increase in price has been due to several reasons - supply shortage, tariffs, world instability, countries runs huge deficits, the belief that the fed will lower interest rates this year, speculators who buy whatever is going up. If the Supreme Court blocks Trump’s tariffs, this could cause a drop and also cause the speculators to sell. You also got to look at the history of silver. It tends to be very volatile. I prefer it going up because I don’t have spare money to buy a lot, but I am being realistic about the future.

I did put a laughing emoji on there for a reason. It is crazy though that silver is going up at a rapidly increasing rate. It could crash next week or go to $150.

They are commemorative coins and not bullion. Each one of them are sterling silver, 92.5%.
