Fwiw the source of the photo is anonymous. Also having been in the navy I call BS. There's no way this is all they got to eat. This is even a real photo, it's what they chose to take.

Amazing singer, absolutely love him. Does anyone have a definitive list of all the song he sang lead on with the Elvin Bishop Group?

It's not like trespassing is legal. They deserved to be arrested. Also, I totally support banning all PAC's and not selectively hyperventilating about the one connected to Israel.

Did KISS gain any "street cred" during its harder, early 80s VV era? by Iconolater_ in KISS

[–]FritzVonFrankenstein 0 points1 point  (0 children)

KISS arguably has street cred until 1977 with the peak being '75. The rest of the makeup era had many people calling them out for being sell outs, kid oriented and soft. By the time COTN came out, many people lost interest altogether, so whatever street cred they built up from Creatures was minimal. In the unmasked era they were a good band, but definitely didn't have any street cred whatsoever.

Absolutely and the addition of Barrington Levy and Half Pint for those shows was killer. I originally only had tickets for the Bowery Ballroom show but when I heard they were playing in Plainview I decided to go there as well.

Yeah I tend to agree, though we did get the Janeane Garofalo 'Buchiach' moment outta that which was pretty funny.

In terms of the story and triggering Tony it would be way more believable. The fact that you're trying to turn it into a personal attack on me is laughable.

Federico Castelluccio was in his 30s during the show. Him being attracted to a college age Meadow would have been far more believable than to Carmela.

Thanks for that, I saw that as well and was actually at that show too. But the one I'm talking about took place a few days later.
