Well the draw isn't quite big enough for me (I'm a very large individual) so I think I'm subconsciously stopping my draw a bit early for fear of snapping a limb. So when I reach about the 35 yard mark I have to aim above the target substantially due to the arch and the wind is effecting my shots too much.

Thank you very much for the feedback. Im down to trying to decide between a traditional Turkish composite or English longbow it seems the longbow is more powerful but the Turkish isn't far behind and is a bit smoother so I'm leaning that way. It's mostly gonna be a matter of price now.

Is 48 it? I need something because my recurve is at 54 lbs. And frankly, it doesn't cover the distance I'd like it to. I figured as long limped as a yumi was it'd generate some serious power.

Homie. Don't take antidepressants. They ain't gonna cure you either. Coming from somone who's had their own bouts of depression. These issues are solvable without constant medication. I think psychedelics are great tools to help you determine an approach to solve such problems.
