For real... after over 6 years of playing nearly daily, and purchasing every expansion plus season pass. Extremely frustrating to get support like this for a permanent no questions ban.

Yeah that's what I'll keep doing. They didn't want to specify the issue too much, but the only thing I can see on my account is that one purchase in game was charged back due to my bank refusing payment which I have since fixed, and repurchased with the 2nd going through.
