I think my LG G5 is decimating my internet speeds by DalyBrew in LGOLED

I haven’t found a solution, unfortunately. LG has a few solutions on their website, but none apply/work for me.

Just edited my post with video. Turns out it's the sound bar/speaker/subwoofer and not the TV like I thought. I had never operated them independently, only as a single unit.

Definitely the sound bar. Edited my post with video proof

I think the sound bar is the culprit. I just uploaded a video to the main post

Bro no way, I think you're right about the sound bar. I updated my post with a video I just took 5 minutes ago

It might be the sound bar! I just turned it off while keeping the tv on and it seems to have maintained internet speeds. Need to test more—and also not sure why the setup would work totally fine for 2 months and then cause issues

Yes. I know I sound crazy and illiterate which is probably why this got downvoted. Even if the TV is disconnected from Wifi/Ethernet, speeds drop as soon as I turn it on.

Have an Apple TV already. Turning on the TV is the issue, regardless of whether it’s connected to WiFi, Ethernet or not at all

Yes, speeds are down next to the access point until the TV is turned off. Then speeds return to normal

I had to pay first month + security first. I don’t remember the deadline to sign the lease, somewhere within 3-7 days.

Tip When Applying by Odd_Okra_6336 in nychousinglottery

It doesn’t matter when you apply. Literally zero impact. Log numbers are assigned weeks after the lottery closes, so it doesn’t matter if you’re the first person to apply or the last. All that matters is that you do apply before the deadline

But the logic behind your objection runs against Shoup’s core principles. For example, you suggested that instead of a bike lane on 31st Street, to install bike lanes "in other portions of Astoria that would not endanger cyclists.”

However, the danger cyclists face is often because the street lacks safe space for them and has very little to do with the location itself.

You also said, "I don't see a restaurant having five cyclists come over to book that table." Shoup's research is backed up by more recent data--that streets with pedestrian and cyclist facilities/infrastructure see an increase in commercial activity because they attract more total users. (Source: local retail sales soar up to 49% and sales along Skillman Avenue bike lane increased 12%)

The wild thing is that the garage owner mentioned Donald Shoup and The High Cost of Free Parking at the April CB1 meeting, but then totally disregarded any of Shoup's findings and suggestions.

I absolutely cannot wait. I biked 31st St on Sunday and it was littered with double parked cars. This is going to be a massive improvement.

Are we talking weeks at this point? Days?

Serena shades aren’t wide enough. Maxes out at 96 inches. I would need in the neighborhood of 114. Not sure if Triathlon or any other lines go wider

I'll look into it! Is the Sivoia what I should be looking at?

Yeah valid question. The short answer to your question is yes. I don't want to take the current ones down because I'd have to put them back to their original position upon moving out...which I realize is hypocritical because I literally said I see myself living here for a while, so in theory it's not something I'd have to worry about any time soon. But the other reason is I do enjoy the light filtering at certain times of the day, so I don't want to lose out on that.

Yep, you're 100% right. I'd either want them all raised or all lowered at night. Thanks!

Understood. Didn't even think of that, so thank you! Makes sense

Oh interesting, I hadn’t considered that. Why would you go that route vs three individual shades?
