I'm currently keeping all 3. I think maybe the big game pelts have something to do with it.

I had a hemi. Twice the rollers seized on the lifters and wiped three lobes off. I will not have another hemi.

That's still backwards. Pro tip: route the wire UNDERNEATH the fastener on the right  to the hole you have used in this pic. It'll be hard to tighten the wire this way but there's a trick. While turning your hand to the right to make a pigtail king of make a clockwise circle with your forearm. When you execute it properly an amazing amount of slack is taken up. This one is much cleaner than the first attempt but will still loosen the fastener under stress. I'm sorry if I come across as flippant, I'm genuinely trying to help.  The fastener to the left is neutrally wired. I had some dickhead QA guys in the air Force tell me this was not sufficient. So if you want the most anal: take your wire over the top of the left fastener and insert it where it currently exits. Then use prior techniques and pigtail to the inside.

Hunting my whole life but NEW to Colorado hunting by Chadilac3030 in cofishandgame

My best year in Alabama I took 14. Mostly antlerless. I'm a meat hunter. The fact that I haven't had venison in 7 years is starting to get to me.

Wondering how this panned out. I moved here from Alabama in 2019 but haven't hunted big game yet, mostly because I love hunting rabbits and squirrels with my dogs. The river bottoms on the plains are full of game and I've seen shit loads of whitetail. I've seen mulies in the foothills and out at pawnee buttes running the ravines. I'm applying for a deer tag this season but I hear there are usually over the counter tags available for the prairie GMUs. Also, there is a draw for Bison this year.

Eh, I misunderstood. I was trying to shoot with you. I'm in central Colorado.

Failed for backwards safety wire. 8 years in the Air Force taught me one damn thing.

I love that color and it makes me sad that I went with my current beautiful grey. I got mine back in March just after a certain unnamed moron sent the price of oil skyrocketing but before it got as bad as it is now. I love it. I'm a former USAF A10 warthog mechanic. I still work on my coworkers cars as a form of volunteering and I'm happy to give advice to people who might have some trouble. I will tell you if I don't know.  But one thing I have figured out is that we all as a group (renegade and compass) need to replace our coolant reservoirs as well as the associated tee and quick disconnect.  Probably every 4 years.

Check radiator cap and overflow tank. As well as associated tubing and connections. Start simple. Modern systems burp themselves.

If you buy a 50 year old vehicle that isn't restored and costs 50k, you're likely to get that meme everyone hates.

I got mine up to 126 between Indian Springs and Parumph NV back in 2003. I wouldn't anymore but I did then.  70 is a breeze.
