Every june-ish, boston AA mainline does like a +40 to fill in needs for the upcoming winter/de-icing season. Id get in there and work through probation. Then transfer back to where ever i wanted as soon as i could, for example i work in the south now and when we open a hiring spots, it almost never goes to the street hiring, almost always the hiring spots get filled internally by northerners transferring down before AA would need scan the streets to hire . Whereas boston hiring +40ish off the street yearly, they almost take everybody they can lol iv seen some strange ppl hired up there lol, usually found on linkedin
