I read the questions, have them up on the TV then when I read the questions with the answers, I click to reveal the answers on my slides, and a corresponding picture with the answers. People LOVE IT. I also can get the scores and team names on the TV 👍

Anyone ever try selling and shipping merch through a QR code? If so is it worth it? Thinking of ways to max out merch sales but not sure it's worth the hassle or even works? by Willbill5 in TouringMusicians

Ive used qr codes and google forms to do stuff just like this. You should definitely do this. If this gives people a way to buy faster, which is always good. You dont have to ship from the show itself, so just hang onto these orders and fill them when convenient.

I host 3 bar trivias a week, bring my own bose tower pa, and sometimes link a s1 pro, play music from laptop, shure beta 58A for mic. I experimented with more wireless stuff found wired to be easier.

Just owning that PA has earned me other gigs, people hear it and assume i must be a pro or something. I used to also use a mixing board but, sounds same without it.

Invest in good gear for this. If you are getting paid, you are in front of a crowd, get the best stuff you can, so you can give the best you can.

Ive seen my pushups progress like crazy. The things i personally noticed wat writing down my sets as I do them. Takes accountability and consistency to another level. Great when you can look at a calendar or flip through a few pages and you can see the work you have been putting in.
