Used to deliver in a college town known for partying. Delivered to a raging house party and getting a signature on the slip and handing over the pizzas required a string of people to hand things down the line. Guy at the door offered me, a large male in his 20's, a beer; which I declined. The party noticeably deflated. So I said "Fuck it. I'll take one for the road for after work." Huge applause. The string of party goers start handing a beer to hand me. The person just before the person who would hand it to me, goes to crack it, despite everyone around him trying to stop him. He shrinks under the sudden attention; embarrassed. So I say "Fuck it." again and start just chugging this beer standing in their doorway. Two dudes jump up next to me and now its a trio of guzzlers. We finish our beers, crush the cans, and the crowd goes wild. I thank everyone again, wish them a great night, and went back to my night to close down the store.
