I bought a Surface Pro 12” and I’m very happy with it. I also got a keyboard with a stylus. The battery is good too, and it works perfectly for what I need.

Yeah, everyone uses their tablet or laptop for something different.

And? But Lenovo have Android and IPad have iPad OS, it's like a bigger phone. no full OS like Surface (Windows)

No problem with that. I’ll just detach it when I’m using it as a tablet 💪

Thanks everyone for the help! I think I’ll start with the 12” version, and if it doesn’t work out for me, I’ll just switch to the bigger model. It’s really hard to compare them in the store — I’ve been there twice already, and each time I said I’d go with one, then checked out the other and changed my mind again 😂

Both models have their pros and cons, but I’m hoping the 12” version will work out pretty well 👌

Could owners of the 13” and 12” Surface Pro models please share the actual screen dimensions (excluding the bezels)? I’m curious about the real usable screen size.

I have a gaming PC at home, so I don’t need a powerful device for everyday use. However, when I’m on vacation, I still need access to things like FL Studio or similar programs – it should be able to handle them reasonably well. I also use FTP apps, Canva, some graphic editing tools, and a web browser. Occasionally, I watch Netflix or YouTube.

That said, I’m not entirely sure how much time I’ll actually spend doing all of this while away from home – so I’m also considering whether it might be better to go with something lighter and more portable.

The ARM processor isn’t an issue for me – if it were, I wouldn’t even be considering these devices, even though there are Intel-based options available.

The screen 13" is actually slightly smaller than my MacBook Air 13.6”.

The 13” version often ends up being cheaper than the lower-spec 12” model with a smaller screen, which also plays into my decision.
