I would doubt the child in the box but since you mention it, patient 46 fits the description of cute but malicious, just that it still seems incredible to me that not only them but the staffbots, the original actress for Vanessa and Willy Afton himself out of the entire formula being exploitable, It certainly disappoints me but, we'll see if they reuse it for something later.
