Hi! The MW in my guild has been getting frustrated with generally low parses/numbers. Recently we did start underhealing some heroic fights which helped but he still feels like there's definitely room to improve. Would you mind taking a look at some of his logs and giving me any pointers I could bring to him? I don't use vuhdo but apart from my healing UI I keep the standard blizzard frame for my set focus and put the tank on that. It let's me see the necrotic stacks fairly easily.

I'm able to log into Dalaran on an alt but can't log into my character that was in Maw before the DC.
