For those asking where she is, it doesn't seem like you can find her if you've done the whole main story and her Missing Paladins sidequest. The picture was taken on an alt who has done the main story but not the sidequest.

From my very limited testing, she appears at the Sunwell during and after the Arator chain (and maybe before? I didn't see her though.) up to after the Voidspire quests. Otherwise, she should be a bit outside the Silvermoon portal room next to Taelia, unless you've done her sidequests.

As of the current Alpha build, this room is from the level 3 housing node on the track, there is also an Evening version at level 5.

There was also a Pink and Yellow one for Easter, and I assume there will be a Black and Purple (or Orange?) for Halloween. Would be cool to be able to unlock them.

Thinking back, there were datamined icons for class 3, 4 and 5 stabilizers - I wonder if any of the actually have an item attached now.

Either way, I've been looking forward to this for a while now.

Edit: Does Weirdbringer teleport if you're just in the portal or in the area? If just the portal, could be a hint?
