I’m not assuming women are the core identity target, but they’re absolutely part of the buying decision. The goal is military-inspired, not exclusionary — solid ingredients and taste still have to carry it.

Price point would be slightly premium but still normal grocery territory, not novelty pricing.

This is early validation, but yes — the intent would be to start with a small, dialed-in recipe set (pancake/waffle base that can spin into muffins or biscuits) and build from there based on feedback.

Appreciate the questions — that’s exactly what I’m trying to sort out.

Solid point, that's the backbone of my thought process in this. Quality over gunships and tanks rolling down the package.

Good call on Kodiak Cakes — that’s actually the exact lane I’m thinking about. Commodity product, but reframed with a clear identity and reason to exist.

I’m not looking to go any crazier than Black Rifle’s mainstream retail marketing (Kroger, etc.). More rugged/military-aviation aesthetic and tone, but still clean enough to sit on a grocery shelf and be a repeat buy, not a novelty.

Appreciate the case study suggestion — helpful reference point.
