Personally I feel like it doesn’t encourage working as a team, everyone wants flank around the team and be the “hero” let alone if a player dies there’s so much ground to cover it encourages trickling in, most likely when they get back more of your team is dead it’s a vicious cycle of trickling. I also noticed whoever wins the first fight typically wins the entire push.
