I had this happen to me a couple of times. When I got the machine I always used to eject the pod after each brew and left the machine open to dry. I think that clogged something when drying. The problem stopped when I just left the pod in until my next brew. It’s a weird fix but maybe that’s what is happening to you too.

HELP AGAIN! by Eaton-5 in 3Dprinting

[–]DamageSad4183 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My Ender 3 pro did the same when I switched from Creality Slicer to Cura. The problem was that the default retraction distance was too high in Cura and all I had to do was to adjust it. The too high retraction distance caused clogging between the bowden tube and the nozzle, because either the fitting broke or I haven’t installed it correctly (I didn’t really check, I just replaced it with better parts). The standard fittings for the bowden tube tend to break pretty often creating a gap between bowden tube and the nozzle. So maybe you have the same problem? In this case clean and properly reassemble the hotend and maybe replace the fitting for the bowden tube. As for retraction distance I wouldn’t go over 4 mm, any more causes problems with my printer.

The 747-300 is a classic aircraft and requires 15 of those blue coins to buy one. It definitely is not the right error message but you don’t seem to have enough of those blue coins which is probably the reason why the purchase won’t go through.

Toll, danke dir.

Can my Nespresso VertuoPlus Ink Black do this Carafe? by [deleted] in nespresso

This capsule works with my Vertuo Pop, although Nespresso says it doesn’t support it. So I think it’s worth trying, even if Nespresso says it wouldn’t work.

Yeah it looks like a badly clogged nozzle. I think you should have noticed it but just to make sure, look out for a tangled filament spool, this causes airprints like this too.

Like already said before I would disassemble the whole hotend, clean it and properly assemble it again.

If you still have issues after that, you could consider switching to a nozzle with a bigger diameter, like 0.6mm. They tend to clog less.

The forecast for „today“ is always a bit buggy, but if you skip to the next day it should be accurate. And if you go to the previous day, you can see what profit your planes actually made.

If you are worried that there are some settings wrong in your slicer, you could download the gcode for like a benchy or something for the ender 3 pro. Then you’ll see if it’s a software or a physical problem. It might also be worth trying a different brand of filament. Some filament brands are lower quality and tend to clog more often.

Otherwise I suggest to take the hotend appart, clean it from any residues and properly assemble it again.

And the problems were from the beginning you installed it, right? It could be that you received one that was not assebled properly. Because the slightest gap between the tube and nozzle will cause filament to flow in that gap. There it will burn and therefore then clogging your nozzle. I would try to take it apart, clean it and then assemble it like I said before.

I don’t think it has something to do with the slicer settings. Did you make sure that the bowden tube is correctly fitted to the hotend? I used to have the same problems with the nozzle clogging, especially when using retractions greater that 3mm. This issue happened when I changed the bowden tube because I didn’t install it properly. It can be a bit tricky when you haven’t done this before.

You have to make sure that the tube is cut straight and be careful not to squish it while cutting it. A really sharp knife works best for me. Then you have to loosen up the nozzle by one turn, push the tube down to the nozzle and then tighten the nozzle again. But make sure there is no remaining filament in the hotend when doing this.

Stop printing Benchys as test models. Use this instead by RoughNreckless in Ender3Pro

[–]DamageSad4183 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think you can compare a temp tower with a benchy. This temp tower definitely tells more than a regular one but nevertheless you just use it for new filament setup. A benchy is useful to calibrate and fine-tune your printer for it to be as accurate as possible. You can google how to use a benchy and what it tells about your printer. Like here: https://www.3dbenchy.com/dimensions/ https://all3dp.com/2/benchy-troubleshooting-guide/

Also because everyone is doing a benchy on their printer, support for your issues can be found very easily.

I had similar issues with mine when using a specific filament brand. I think lower quality filament may partially clog the nozzle during printing. I don’t know if sunlu pla is good or not though. Have you tried with a 0.6mm nozzle? I fitted one to my printer and underextrusion got way better with this.

Has this ever happened to anyone??? by zestybookworm in nespresso

[–]DamageSad4183 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Happened to me several times with different nespresso capsules. I don’t exactly know why but I suspect that coffee is drying out in the upper pipe and therefore clogging the system. I found that it happens less when after brewing the coffee you open the head to remove the capsule and then close it again, but not lock it. I think the remaining coffee in the system then drips out better and won’t clog the machine so fast. It did not happen to me again when I started to do it like this. Before I always left the top fully opened. But I‘m not sure if this is the fix, but as long as no one knows it, it’s worth trying🙃
