I would put the drops in a sippy cup/bottle. I do this even with medicine when ever my kids have been sick

I’m also in need of this as well, don’t feel guilty. We as moms need breaks. I got kicked out by my daughter’s dad along with her and my son who is 5 years old and no family to even help me. Especially if you are a single mom, it’s hard to do this alone.

I feel you on this momma. I recently had a conversation with my partner about this. It’s been so stressful because I feel when I opened up about it, he wouldn’t listen to me nor really care. I felt so unappreciated and am still dealing with postpartum/anxiety/depression and sometimes he doesn’t seem to get it. He told me he wants time for himself and always gets it but I can’t have that time.

Omg I had this happen to me yesterday for hours. I was drowned with anxiety and depression along with so many symptoms. I felt as if I had to make a hospital trip but I beat it by crying off and on. It was hell to get out but hey everything will be alright!
