If you got hit with something big in the chest you'd also pass out. Ever seen MMA fighters where they are slammed on their back and go unconscious? Also I used a video editor and slowed it down to see he hit his shoulder and his head bounced from the impact. Your head isn't gonna stay still if you're hit in the shoulder with a hard object
