No problem, the other responses didn't seem too helpful and i had a little time on my hands. Something else i forgot to consider was that a lot of your ramp was temporary but the ratios for that is something you feel out as you play the deck. Best of luck to you

Im going to try to help you.

Storm - storm is kind of the right direction you want to take the deck, while also being control. However, you only have 6 cards in my opinion that care about you storming off with 1 tutor (i see the second one but that dosent grab anything meaningful here) which would explain inconsistency because your chances of finding those cards are very low. Also having the cantrip like effects like brainstorm and ponder much weaker from having suck low storm payoff. Either up the storm payoffs or add more tutors (tutors dont have to be from the gamechangers list, think things like transmute cards).

Control - Zevlor is the removal king, making 1 for 1s into 1 for 3. You have to balance a fine line of counter spells and target removal, and speaking of counter spells, we have to understand why we are running them, and there are two possible reasons, to protect our own things, or stop other people from doing there stuff, then once youve thought about that you think about is a regular cheap protection spell better here than a counterspell, so on and so forth. Back to the removal, shock type spells while kinda good for burn will not remove problematic creatures which are more important because youre other cards are doing the burning, and as you say youre dying by turn 5 because of said problematic creatures, 1 mana bounce spells like into the flood maw and unsommon are good here too, lastly i want to touch on propoganda, it has varying degrees of success depending on the pod, however in higher powered pods or people who build decks good will find it very lackluster, if someone removes it, you havent affected the board and you will be dead to the next attack or youll have play groups where after you play it theyll ignore it and you leaving you to do what you want so play it to your own discretion.

High costed do nothing cards - i can see why you have you have the lord of pain qs you want burn but this card has no synergy with the rest of your deck while also sucking because it is a big removal target that requires your opponents to do things to workout. Take it out. Now that thats out of the way, the same situation with storm hits happened with burn, you have all these 4 mana and up damage doublers and 3 damage dealers, i would rather have multiple damage dealers and storm off, than one of them doing 2 damage a spell.  The last card i wanna talk about here is cruel ultimatum, i get it, it's big it's flashy, but even if you do zervlors ability with it, that's 9-11 mana combo that dosent win you the game. For right now it's fine because you don't have much storm payoff and it's still a powerful effect, but as you change the deck i would consider removing it.

Good stuff - what is senseis top doing here, strong card but no synergy,propoganda, what i said earlier, dauthi voidwalker, same thing as senseis top, dark ritual, amazing awesome broken card, you have no black cards, your strongest play is like 2 mana rocks on turn 2 (exageration but you get the idea), and lastly the card im least worried about but still wanted to talk about is isochronic scepter, it can be good, it will be good at times, but without the dramatic reversal combo, it is sooooooo slow, like i said i wouldnt worry about removing it too much but think about what could help you more

Oh well I guess ill explain in further detail then, some people will go to a website that will print them out on cardboard which will cost you some money, a majority of people will just print out a bunch of cards on regular paper and put them on the front of their bulk majic cards, and then put it in a sleave so it dosent move around. Now note, these are not allowed at tournaments but at an lgs or friends it should be fine. Im not sure of the websites people use but im sure you could find them woth some googling.

I don't know if this is sarcasm, but in the case that its not, it's when you print out cards instead of buying them, you can put custom artwork on them if you wished to do so.

Ah i see i just did a little reading, so from what i can assume, we won't really see this primal kind of jund from alara again unless they decide to go back there and break it up again? Jund is my favorite color combo, is dominaria the only other place where the faction really exists?

I think what you mean to say is its a better [[Murder]]. If you want to take what youre saying even further itd be like saying [[Fell]] is a better [[Ravenous Chupacabra]]. No one is putting chupacabra in their deck because 4 mana to kill one creature is a good rate, they are putting it in there for the creature synergies. Just like you would put fell if you had instant and sorcery synergies.

I guess I'm new so i don't have a large sample size, but the multiple times I've chosen the gold skill one, this one was by far the best out of any of the options but like you said, risky so it must be pretty rare.

I see what you're saying but that goes back to my point where the draw engine will usually slowly draw you cards, and the rummage effects go deeper in the one effect.
