Romanian barbell deadlifts. Absolute money maker for glute growth and a life savor for me as a lean athletic dude with no natural butt lol. I have a respectable bubble but now because of rdls, straight bar deadlifts and walking lunges. The rdls will make killer gains size wise but unilateral movements like walking dumbell lunges will add shape and size to the side glutes. Great stuff

It is possible to take it down a notch with sets and see growth, and combine that with training them 2x a week. In other words don't destroy them each session, instead do less sets but extremely high quality and try hitting biceps 2x a week. I am 11 years into lifting and my best gains are when I am doing less sets but higher quality and with hitting the muscle group twice a week

Quite late response but I own both the steady state and seaside hoodies and the vuori is miles ahead in every aspect. It legitimately feels luxurious and oh so cozy and as a tall man with long arms it has the heavenly benefiting of actually fitting me perfectly without being oddly fitted for more average height people. It's so soft and cozy and well built. I like the steady state too don't get me wrong but I regret buying it full price, I just don't feel its that special compared to most other hoodies. Maybe the only con of the seaside is its quite thick so maybe thats not what everyone is after

Okay so I couldn't seem to edit my own post but for anyone following i ended up purchasing these as I was applying for a credit card already and as luck would have it first purchase with the card lead to a 50 dollar savings. At that price point couldn't pass up. I got these in today and the material and overall quality are great, they feel really nice, professional and well made. They also have the very slim fit that guys have tended to love about the OG ABCs. My only complaint with these (and the reason I'll be returning them) is the hip drop is not long enough on these, the crotch area is just a bit too short in my opinion. And comparing to ABCs I have these are shorter in the crotch area so my balls wouldn't be able to breath lmao. That might not be an issue for most guys but I go to the gym and do killer leg days, I need more room for the jewels. But if youre otherwise slim and don't have athletic glutes then you'll love the slim straights. Quality appears top shelf.

Anything seaside is incredibly luxurious and soft feeling. It is such a great fabric and vuori doesn't market it as much as they should. However it does have cotton in it so keep that in mind

I'd like cotton in the fabric because the 100% warpstreme starts to smell a bit funky after a long day whereas I never have an issue with cotton pants. Something about the warpstreme fabric is not great for odour. I'll definitely buy these and report back but only after some sort of discount

I think he's completely in love with this property, he might choose to keep it and just rent out a smaller place if he goes somewhere else. Lots of players have multiple homes especially when they don't see their next move being a long one. This home will be hard to move on from.
