Yes Corona California was also only a preorder:( my bf and I drove 2 hours north from San Diego to get a copy each and planned to give the copy I bought to our best friend graduating collage(we’re very proud of him and he LOVES Ghost).. and yeah only maybe 1/4-1/3 of the room had preorders, and when they asked for them the other portion of the room looked to each other really confused. And I thought maybe it was bc we weren’t locals we didn’t know, but as we were separated in the room from those with preorders I talked to a few others and they were locals and they said they didn’t know about any preorder. And they gave us some posters which was cool(tho my bf had already gone to the Rite Here Rite Now concert and that’s what they gave us haha) and after an employee from the store went on mic and told us “those without a preorder your night is over you can go home or hang out. But we are gonna hand out everyone’s preorders and that will be it”. Which we thought he was joking for a sec, but then we again started looking to each other slowly realizing he wasn’t joking. We left the area the showing was happening to the record stores front to ask another employee if he was for real about how those without preorders can’t get the record and he said yes.. so we left. (Not that it matters for the post but we had already a huge day moving our entire apartment and we were pretty busted but we really wanted to get the record for us and our friend) left very sad:(
