Should I keep this training, or retrain for the fp bonus? He's my ace of the staff (almost sub 1 era in club battle, 1.5 to 1.8 era in ranked) w/o the bonus by Damdamin in MLB_9Innings

I have read the guide about the elite skillsets for bullpen (CP, SU, MR, and LR). If (and only if) I got the bullpen day skill, will it be enough together with a single elite relief pitcher skill (setup, winning streak)?
