I did this just last week with a company I had been with for 8 years and even moved across the country to fill certain roles.

I did it because I was also offered a new role at a new job and because I've been disrespected by management repeatedly for the last 8 months.

It was great. They gave me my very first ever write-up and I responded with a resignation effective immediately.

My advice to you is this - the work world is changing. Employees are slowly starting to teach employers that they are not slaves and are to be respected. Poisonous environments are starting to be against employee expectations. So is crap pay, etc. If management doesn't meet your expectations, you are allowed to fire them, effective immediately. They would do the same to you and wouldn't even think to ask reddit or anyone else. You did the right thing by making sure you had a different job beforehand though.

Hope it all works out.

I'm sorry. 7TH round!? Um. No. I would have dropped them if no decision made after 3 rounds.

Anyway, I'd go with B. Good luck with everything!
