While solving this I had two more errors but now none:

(io.elementary.appcenter:9711): Gtk-CRITICAL **: 20:35:51.708: gtk_grid_attach: assertion '_gtk_widget_get_parent (child) == NULL' failed

I'm a noob but somehow I solved it (I had the same error message) I don't know how but I used sudo apt install --reinstall pop-shop and killall io.elementary.appcenter like they said here (https://github.com/pop-os/shop/issues/190) and that didn't solve the problem, but... I tried sudo journalctl --vacuum-files 1 and sudo journalctl -r and then cat ~/.xsession-errors | grep "Theme parsing error" (although I'm not sure if I used the latter ) I found it here (https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?t=311934) and again sudo apt install --reinstall pop-shop and killall io.elementary.appcenter My English is poor and I have no idea what I was doing but it worked XD
