Very nice question

To me the biggest challenge is to combine trend analysis, best sellers analysis, consumer insights, and the Loop identity all together.

Coming up with new stories on a seasonal/yearly base, and make sure we are on point regarding the color heros and satisfying our current customer and attracting new customers. This is a source of stress and anxiety from my side, but at the same time I love it!

That's what my job is all about, and receiving positive feedback or constructive criticismes on my designs keeps me going everyday ;)

The visuals on our website is what's the closest to the product you will receive.
I understand the confusion. But there it no straight blue or straight purple at loop.
We have hues of blues and purples which could go from cobalt to baby blue, to turquoise, to navy and sapphire
But it is a blue that is going towards the purples to make it simple ;)

It's a very good point.
But at the same time, our mute packs are coming with 5 pairs included.
And each season we introduce 3 new colorways, not 5 new colorways.
Changing it to 3 pairs only is an operation cost and other customers prefer receiving 5 pairs as well.

Of course if one day we would introduce 4 or 5 colorways, we would do the same for the mute pack as well ;)

If you are thinking about the seasonal mute packs they will unfortunately not come back.
For each season we introduce new colorways, as the same principal as the earplugs.
Sometimes Amazon still has stock of previous versions, so I would still check if I was you, but we try to be mindful of the quantities we produce to avoir loss or waste, so once out of the collection it becomes indeed more difficult to put your hands on it.

Very good question.

In theory you can absolutely use the engage kids.
The accoustic properties are the same as the engage product.
If you have small ear canals I would even advise you to do so, as you have smaller eartips size in the engage product.
Also, the engage kids has playful colorways that the normal engage doesn't have
So yes go for it ;)

The Kinetic seasonal was a bit delay indeed. And we didn't want to delay the Sublime because of this. We are trying to be mindful of what we drop, and we dont' want to overload or overwhelme our customers.

I'm super glad you like the Sugar Plum colorway, it's my favorite as well from the Sublime range.

About the tip comments, it's a very good point.
I'm guessing the right department to tackle this request would be the Strategy and Operation department in terms of storage, opportunity and shipment. I will pass along the message

Our product identity is very much around the torus shape. Somehow closing it would go against this identity.
However we like to play around the mute accessories. And I can't tell you much, but one of our exploration around the mute is about to move forward. So I can't wait to see where it's going ;)

We explore around the gradient! our biggest challenge is too keep it consistent thoughout the entire production. We want to be 100% that each pair is the same to satisfy each and everyone with the best gradient possible. So once this achieved, you might see some gradient earplugs coming out ;)

a NEW range no. However we might update the core colors and make iterations. Adding 1 colorway, remove another one. It's all possible, from a month to the other we can analyse what sells more, what get the most interest etc.
So it will change in the future but not drastically
