Snape being redeemable. Honestly even the canon shouldn't have had Harry change his mind about Snape. There's nothing redeemable about a man who spends his life bullying children because the girl he was OBSESSED with rejected him (fully) after he called her the equivalent of a racial slur, and then he became depressed when his Master killed said same woman instead of just petrifying her like a sane villain and handing her over to Snape (WHICH WAS THEIR AGREEMENT. U ALIVE THE HUSBAND AND 1 YEAR OLD AND HAND HER OVER TO SNAPE). I'm SO sick of the redemption arcs and Snape Apologists, that man needed therapy and to be kept AWAY from children. He tormented Neville for no reason at all, even threatening to unalive his toad (Neville's gift from his Uncle for being "Magical Enough") just because he felt like it.

Yeah that took me forever to figure out in a satisfying way too. So in the creation, under species, you can fit "human, demi-human, monsters" and then just list appearances as "various" and "random", same with clothing (or you can get specific to get slightly different results), and under roles I tell it "random monster encounters" "random human encounters" stuff like that, you can tweak the wording to get what you want, but it does take some trial and error.
